Here are some of our tips and hints for getting the best out of your LOOSHA candle:
Trim your wick to 5mm before lighting. Trimming the wick will help your candle to burn evenly and longer, but it will also eliminate smoking and minimise soot forming on the container.
Extinguish the candle if it smokes or if the flames flickers repeatedly or becomes too high. Trim wick and re-light.
Burn your candle until the melt pool reaches the edges of your container to prevent tunneling. By allowing the melt pool to reach the edge this will help maximise the life and fragrance of your candle.
Keep your candles away from direct sunlight or heat sources. This causes to lose scent and discolour the wax.
Never burn you candle when the wax level is below 3cm from the bottom of the jar. There will not be enough wax to absorb the heat below this level. Your candle jar is at risk of the glass cracking or shattering otherwise.
Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Always follow the warning label instructions.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, as this can cause the container to get too hot and possibly crack or smash. It will also help maximise the life of your candle.
